About Bill Foster

My programming and design skills enable me to realize your business application and/or web needs.
My almost 20 years of web development includes small businesses, performing artists, and associations.

I have been in programming and applications analysis since I first went to work for the Naval Oceanographic Office in 1969.
I worked for HUD from 1977 to 1985, then worked as a contractor/subcontractor to HUD until 2016.

I enjoy the challenge of taking requirements and developing them into usable applications software.
Since 2000, I have been developing web sites as a side line and have gained the satisfaction of my clients. I am also an experienced teleworker.

I also have had an interest in Bluegrass Music since the early 1970's and I play the mandolin and guitar. I have been a member of a number of bands including Florida's Swinging Bridge, and Strasburg, Virginia's Five of a Kind.

I also a professional member of the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) and a 2004 graduate of their Leadership Bluegrass program.

Additionally I am a producer/host of an internet radio program, Foster's Corner, broadcast on BellBuckleRadio.com where I am also the station's Program Director.
